January Commander’s Notes


Hope all had a Safe & Happy Holiday!

In January, we will be expanding our Saturday Morning Biscuits & Gravy to include Eggs & Bacon. We will serve from 9 am to Noon.

We will be having bands on the 2nd Friday and the 4th Saturday of the month.

If you have any suggestions for activities, let me or the House Committee know.

Below are pictures from the Chicken and Fish Buffet on 12/30/22. On some Friday’s there may be “Bonus” food on the buffet. Tonight’s Bonus Food was Beef Stew and Pulled Pork.

Stars and Stripes Update as of 12/30/22.

There was no drawing on 12/28/22.  Next drawing will be on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.  The Full Pot total for the January4th draw will be $12, 516.00.  6 numbers have been picked, they are Numbers 7, 8, 19, 20, 25, & 48.  There are still 46 numbers to choose from.

Stop by the post and buy your ticket(s) for a chance to win the full pot total, 1/2 pot total, $200, $150, $100, $75, or $50. Tickets are still $5 each. Tickets can be bought 6 days a week in the canteen. Must be present to win 100% (minus taxes on big winnings). If not present you will receive 50% (minus taxes on big winnings). Also a limited meal deal will be offered each Wednesday along with the full menu.
